    Category - New Business of the Year - Located in District

    New Business of the Year is awarded to recognize a new business that has opened in the district within the last two years and had a significant positive impact on the district and on the community at large.

    Category - Best Business Branding - Located in District

    Best Business Branding is awarded to a business or organization who excels in the following three categories: visual merchandising, digital influence and overall branding. Considerations for visual merchandising include a business’ overall strategy for merchandising, from the front door to the cash register. The display of goods/services should highlight their features/benefits, while creatively marketing them to the customer. Considerations for the digital influence should include organizations that fully utilize their social media platforms and overall marketing strategies to engage the community in everything that makes their business or organization shine. Considerations for the overall branding portion should include interior and exterior upgrades and specialty features that creatively relay the identity of the business or property. ​

    Category - Best Revitalization Project - Located in District

    Best Revitalization Project recognizes a business or property owner who has made vast improvements to the interior or exterior of their building in the past two years. The project should enhance the commercial district in appearance and/or function, encourage further design improvements and should incorporate special historic architectural details in the overall design.​

    Our Volunteer of the Year award is given each year to recognize a volunteer who serves on one of our Main Street committees or volunteers for Main Street annual events and projects.  This is a person who consistently goes above and beyond what is asked of them, takes on difficult and often time-consuming tasks, but does so with a heart for service and a love for Ponca City Main Street.
